Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies CubeMind uses, why, and how you can change your choice at any time.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to keep, so a later visit can remember something, such as that you are signed in. Local storage is a similar space in your browser that only the site itself can read. We treat both the same way in this policy.
2. The two categories
Necessary: cookies the site cannot work without, such as the ones that keep you signed in, protect the site and remember your choices. They are always on and do not need your consent (Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC).
Optional: analytics cookies from Google Analytics, and third-party cookies set by our offer partners. Each kind has its own switch in the cookie banner. They are set only after you allow them, and nothing that sets them is loaded before that.
3. Necessary cookies
These are the cookies we set, or that Clerk sets on our domain to keep you signed in:
| Name | Purpose | Set by | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
__session, __client_uat | Keeps you signed in and protects your session. | Clerk, on our domain | until you sign out, or a short time for the refresh cookie |
cm_consent | Remembers your cookie choice, so the banner does not ask again. | CubeMind | 12 months |
cubemind_lang | Remembers the language you chose. | CubeMind | 12 months |
cubemind_ref | Remembers the invite link you followed, so the person who invited you gets their reward when you sign up. | CubeMind | 30 days |
We also use your browser’s local storage for a few first-party conveniences. They never leave your device, except the push token, which is sent to us to deliver notifications:
| Name | Purpose | Set by | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
cubemind.fleetView.v1, cm.onboarding.collapsed, cm.streak.dismissed, cm_plan_invite_snoozed_until, cubemind:push-asked, cubemind:webview-gate-dismissed, cubemind:bundle-seen, cubemind:update-shown, cubemind:had-session | Remember dashboard conveniences such as your fleet view, dismissed notices and collapsed panels. | CubeMind | until cleared |
cubemind:return-to | Remember which page to return to after signing in. | CubeMind | until the tab is closed |
cubemind:native-push-token | Remember the push token on this device so it can be removed when you sign out (Android app). | CubeMind | until cleared |
While you sign in, Clerk and Cloudflare (for the automated human check) may set their own security cookies on their own domains. Stripe and PayPal set their own cookies on their checkout pages. Those pages are covered by their own policies.
4. Optional cookies
Analytics: if you allow analytics cookies, we load Google Tag Manager, which runs Google Analytics to count visits and see how the site is used. Advertising storage and ad personalisation are always refused, and Google Analytics does not store your IP address. Offers: the offer partners shown on the Overview page, where you can earn free platform credits (with no cash value and not redeemable for money) by completing offers, set their own cookies. The offer panel is loaded from the partner, and only after you allow offer cookies. By allowing them, you agree that the partner receives your IP address, browser details and a pseudonymous identifier, as described in the Privacy Policy. The partners act as independent controllers under their own privacy policies, available at adgem.com and ayetstudios.com/privacy. We use no other advertising or tracking tools.
| Name | Purpose | Set by | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_11XFYLQ165 | Google Analytics: tells visits apart and keeps the state of a visit, so we can count visitors and see which pages are used. | 24 months | |
adunits.adgem.com, offerwall.ayet.io | Show offers, measure which ones you complete, confirm the reward and prevent fraud. | AdGem or ayeT-Studios | set by the partner |
5. Changing your choice
The first time you visit, a banner asks whether you accept optional cookies. You can accept them all, keep only the necessary ones or choose analytics and offers separately. You can change your mind at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page; withdrawing consent stops Google Analytics and the offer panel from loading and deletes the Google Analytics cookies.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the necessary ones, you will not be able to stay signed in and your preferences will be forgotten. The Android app shows no banner because it loads no analytics and no optional cookies.
6. More about your data
The controller of your personal data is VIRTWE di Alessandro Mastrolonardo, a sole proprietorship established in Italy, VAT number (P.IVA) 09492701215. How we handle personal data, including how to get a copy of it or have it erased, is set out in the Privacy Policy. For questions, write to [email protected].
