Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and VIRTWE di Alessandro Mastrolonardo for the use of the CubeMind website, dashboard, API and Android app. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

1. Who we are

CubeMind is a service operated by VIRTWE di Alessandro Mastrolonardo, a sole proprietorship established in Italy, VAT number (P.IVA) 09492701215. You can reach us at [email protected] for any question about these Terms, your account or a purchase.

  • Business: VIRTWE di Alessandro Mastrolonardo (sole proprietorship)
  • VAT number (P.IVA): 09492701215
  • Country: Italy
  • Contact: [email protected]

2. What CubeMind is, and what it is not

CubeMind is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. It runs instances of headless game-client software, meaning programs with no graphics, sound or gameplay of their own, on our servers. It keeps them connected to the third-party game servers you choose and lets you configure, automate and monitor them from a web dashboard, a live console and an Android app. This client software is developed independently: it is not the game publisher’s software and does not run the game itself.

CubeMind is not a game and does not include, sell or license any game. We do not sell game licences, game accounts, in-game currency or in-game items, and we do not operate the game servers your clients connect to. To use a client on a server that requires one, you need your own game account, obtained and used in accordance with the game publisher’s terms.

CubeMind is an independent service. NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT SERVICE. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. Any reference on the Service to a game, a game version or a third-party service is made only to describe compatibility.

3. Definitions

  • Service: the CubeMind website, dashboard, API and Android app, and everything offered through them.
  • Client: an instance of headless game-client software that the Service hosts and runs on your behalf, connected to a game server you choose.
  • Game account: the account, belonging to you, with which a client signs in to a game server. It is separate from your CubeMind account.
  • Flow: a visual automation you build, import or buy, which tells a client what to do.
  • Library: the part of the Service where flows are published, shared, sold and bought.
  • Plan: the Free plan or a paid subscription, which sets how many clients you may run at the same time (slots) and which features you get.
  • Slot: the capacity to run one client at a time.
  • Credits (shown in the app as coins): the prepaid units of the Service described in section 11.
  • You: the person who creates the account and accepts these Terms.

4. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. When we change these Terms in a way that matters, we ask you to accept the new version before you continue (see section 25).

5. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account, or older if the law of your country sets a higher age for consenting to online services on your own.

Purchases are reserved for adults. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make any purchase for you, in their own name and with their own payment method, and by doing so accepts these Terms on your behalf.

6. Your account

Sign-in, sessions and two-factor authentication are provided by Clerk, our authentication provider. Keep your sign-in details and any two-factor codes to yourself. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

Give accurate information, keep your email address up to date and tell us at [email protected] straight away if you think someone else has access to your account. One account belongs to one person.

7. The Service

With the Service you can run clients in the cloud, keep them connected to the servers you choose, automate them with flows, watch them from a live console, route them through dedicated IPs, share them with other people and use the Library.

AI access. You can connect an AI assistant of your choice to your account with an access key. The assistant acts only with the permissions you give the key and within the same limits as the dashboard, and whatever it does through the key counts as done by you. Purchases made through a key are limited by the key’s daily spend cap. Keep your keys private and revoke those you no longer use. The AI assistant is provided by a third party under its own terms, and we are not responsible for how it interprets your instructions.

The Service is in beta. Features can be added, changed or removed as the product develops. We tell you in advance when a change takes away something you pay for.

8. Third-party games, game accounts and servers

The games your clients connect to belong to their publishers, and the servers belong to other people, each with their own rules. You alone are responsible for making sure that the way you use a client on a server is allowed by that server, by the game publisher and by the licence of the game account you use.

When you link a game account that signs in through Microsoft, the sign-in takes place on Microsoft’s own page and Microsoft’s terms apply. We never see your Microsoft password.

A server owner or a game publisher can kick, ban or restrict your game accounts. We have no control over that and are not responsible for it, or for items, progress or access lost as a result. Such a measure does not entitle you to a refund of your plan.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • break any law, or help someone else break one;
  • connect a client to a server, or use any feature, in a way that the server’s rules or the game publisher’s terms do not allow, unless the server owner has given you permission;
  • gain an unfair advantage over other players where this is forbidden, or get around anti-cheat systems, verification checks, connection limits, IP blocks or bans set by a server, including through dedicated IPs or the phone relay;
  • use game accounts that are not yours or that you are not entitled to use, for example accounts that are stolen, bought from third parties or shared in breach of their licence;
  • buy, sell or trade game accounts, in-game currency or in-game items for real money, or use clients to collect them for that purpose;
  • attack, flood, spam or disrupt servers, networks or other people;
  • harass, defraud or impersonate anyone, or collect other players’ personal data;
  • publish flows that are harmful, that try to steal credentials or secrets, or that you have no right to publish;
  • probe, overload or get unauthorised access to our infrastructure, or get around limits, prices or security controls;
  • farm credits, rewards, installs or referrals with fake accounts, scripts or other tricks;
  • resell access to the Service without our written permission.

If you break these rules we may remove content, reverse credits obtained through the breach and suspend or close your account, as described in section 18.

10. Plans, trials, billing and renewals

Every new account starts on the Free plan, which needs no payment card and has the limits shown on the Pricing page. The features and limits of the Free plan can change over time; the Pricing page always shows the current ones. Paid plans give you a monthly credit allowance, client slots, or both, as shown on each plan.

Running a client needs a free slot. A client starts if a slot is free and is refused if not. There is no hourly rate, no activation fee and no per-action charge: the price of the plan is the whole price of running the clients it covers. You can add slot packs to a paid plan that includes slots, billed together with it; they end if you cancel the plan or move to a plan without slots. You can also rent an extra slot with credits for a fixed number of days, as shown before you confirm; a rented slot is not refunded once it starts.

Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal on the website and by Google Play inside the Android app. We never see or store your full card number. Prices on the website are shown in euros before you pay, including any VAT that applies.

Free trials. Where a plan offers a free trial, its card on the Pricing page says so. A trial needs a payment method, lasts the number of days shown and is limited to one per customer. We email you the day before it ends. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, it converts automatically into a paid subscription and the first payment is taken. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing.

Renewals. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly as chosen at checkout, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, does not renew after that, and your account then returns to the Free plan. Clients beyond the limits of the Free plan keep their settings but cannot start until you choose a plan with room for them.

Changing plan. An upgrade takes effect immediately: you pay the full price of the new plan and a new billing period starts that day. The unused part of your previous plan is not refunded. Plans cannot be downgraded; to move to a smaller plan, cancel your plan and subscribe to the new one after the current period ends.

If a renewal payment fails, we may pause the paid features of your plan until the payment goes through. We give active subscribers at least 30 days’ notice of a price increase, and you can cancel before it applies.

11. Credits

Credits are prepaid units that can be used only to obtain digital features within the Service. They are not money, not electronic money, not a payment instrument and not a financial product, and they are not the currency or items of any game. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money, cannot be sold or transferred outside the Service and are never refunded in money, except where the law requires it.

Credits can be used for flows in the Library, the fee for listing a flow, sponsorship slots in the Library, dedicated IP rental, temporary extra slots and additional collaborators. Credits are never charged per hour of runtime or per action.

Your balance is kept in three parts: free credits (promotional credits we give you, for example from the daily login streak, offers, referrals and promotional codes), earned credits (from your sales in the Library) and purchased credits. They are spent in this order: free first, then earned, then any monthly allowance included in your plan, then purchased. A plan’s monthly allowance is renewed each billing period, and unused allowance credits do not carry over to the next period.

Earned credits remain credits: they are never paid out in money.

Free and earned credits are cleared after a period of account inactivity (currently 12 months), and we warn you before that happens. Purchased credits do not expire.

If a payment for purchased credits is reversed, for example through a chargeback, the balance can go below zero. While it is negative you cannot buy, list or bid in the Library, but your running clients and the flows you already own are not affected.

All credit prices, fees, windows and caps are set in the Service and shown to you before you spend. We can change them for the future; a change never takes away credits you already hold.

12. The flow Library

Listing a flow costs a one-off fee in credits. Listings are checked automatically for unsafe content, such as attempts to exfiltrate credentials, and may be reviewed by a moderator before or after they appear. We can refuse or remove any listing that breaks these Terms.

A free flow is imported into your account as a copy you can edit. A paid flow is sealed: buying it gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to run it on your clients. You do not receive its blocks, and the steps a sealed flow performs are not shown in your console.

When you publish a flow you confirm that you have the right to do so and give us, and the people who install it, the permission needed to host, show and run it through the Service. You keep your rights in it.

Part of every paid sale is kept by the platform (currently 30 percent). The rest becomes your earned credits after a holding period (currently 7 days), which protects buyers who open a dispute.

A buyer can open a dispute about a paid flow while the dispute window is open. The author can approve the refund or reply in the dispute, and either side can ask a moderator to decide. If the author does not reply within the dispute window (currently 7 days), the buyer is refunded automatically.

A refund puts credits back into the part of the balance they were paid from: purchased credits go back as purchased, earned as earned and free as free. The licence ends when the purchase is refunded.

If a seller stops having an active paid plan, their listings leave the Library. Buyers keep what they already bought.

Flow requests. You can post a request for a flow and offer a reward in credits. The reward is held from your balance and returned if you cancel before choosing an author or if no author is chosen before the request closes. When the author delivers, the flow is checked like any listing; you can accept it or open a dispute, and if you do nothing it is accepted automatically after the number of days shown. A public request produces a flow listed free in the Library for everyone; a private request produces a sealed flow licensed to you. Requests for harmful flows can be removed, and removal refunds the requester.

13. Dedicated IPs

You can add dedicated IPs of your own. You are responsible for having the right to use them.

Shared IPs included in plans are offered on a best-effort basis. A dedicated IP rented through the Service is bought from our provider for one month at a time. Its end date follows the term the provider actually gives us for that address. If no dedicated IP could be delivered for a rental, the credits paid for it are refunded when the rental ends.

Dedicated IPs are a networking feature. They must not be used to get around bans, IP blocks or connection limits set by a server (see section 9).

14. Sharing

You can share a client, a flow or a dedicated IP with other accounts at a view, control or edit level. People you share with can act on that resource within the level you chose, and you are responsible for whom you share with. Your first collaborator is free; each further one costs a one-off amount of credits shown before you confirm.

15. Rewards, referrals and offers

The daily login streak, referrals and the offers on the Overview page pay credits. Rewards can be held for a short period before they become spendable, and we may reverse rewards that come from fraud, duplicate accounts or abuse.

Offers are provided by third-party partners, who have their own terms and privacy policies. They are shown only if you allow offer cookies. Whether an offer counts as completed is decided by the partner.

Referrals between users pay only credits, never money.

16. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Everything you buy on the website is delivered to your account straight away. This is how the right of withdrawal applies to each purchase.

Credits and flow licences. They are digital content not supplied on a physical medium and are delivered to your account immediately. Before you pay, you give your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery starts, and we confirm both by email. The right of withdrawal therefore ends as soon as they are delivered to your account (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Credit plans. A plan that includes only a monthly credit allowance, with no client slots, is a supply of digital content: each allowance is delivered to your account at the start of its billing period. With your express consent and acknowledgement at checkout, the right of withdrawal ends as soon as the allowance is delivered, as for credits.

Plans with client slots. A plan that includes client slots is a service that starts as soon as you pay, at your express request. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you can still withdraw from it within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason, by sending us a clear statement at [email protected], also using the model form at the end of these Terms. We confirm receipt by email. We refund what you paid minus an amount proportional to the days the plan was active and minus the value of any credits from the plan’s monthly allowance that you have already spent, calculated at the price per credit of the smallest credit pack on sale. The refund is made within 14 days, with the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.

Withdrawing is not the same as cancelling. You can cancel a plan yourself at any time from the dashboard: cancelling only stops the next renewal and the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for (see section 10). Withdrawing, which you ask for by email within 14 days, ends the plan straight away with the partial refund described above.

Purchases made in the Android app are governed by Google Play’s own refund rules.

17. Refunds and chargebacks

Outside the right of withdrawal, payments for past billing periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where a billing error or an outage caused by us prevented you from using what you paid for. Write to us at [email protected] within 14 days of the problem and we will review it.

If something is wrong with a payment, please contact us before disputing it with your bank or payment provider. A chargeback on a payment for something you received and used, opened without good reason, may lead us to reverse the related credits, suspend Library features and, where appropriate, suspend the account. We keep the records of the transaction to answer the dispute.

18. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time from Account settings → Privacy & data. Closing blocks access immediately and the data is erased after a 7-day grace period, as described in the Privacy Policy and on the account deletion page. Closing your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts other people or the Service at risk, or is used for fraud. When it is reasonable and allowed, we tell you why and give you a chance to respond first. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to closure without a refund of the current period.

19. Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it is always available, uninterrupted or free of errors. Maintenance, failures of our providers, network problems and changes made by game servers or game publishers can stop or disconnect clients. The Service is provided in beta and as available.

20. Intellectual property and trademarks

The CubeMind software, design and brand are protected by copyright and other rights and belong to VIRTWE di Alessandro Mastrolonardo or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You keep the rights in the flows and content you create, and give us the permission needed to store and run them to provide the Service.

Names of games, publishers and third-party services shown on the Service belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Their use does not mean any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.

21. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Within those limits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, loss of data or in-game items, or action taken against your game accounts by servers or game publishers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused it.

22. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as infrastructure or network outages, provider failures, attacks, government action, fire, flood or strikes.

23. The Android app

The Android app runs the same dashboard and the same account as the website. Sign-in works through Clerk; signing in with Google or Apple opens in the system browser. The app carries no advertising, analytics or tracking software and shows no offer panel.

The app can ask for permission to send push notifications about the same events already covered by email or in-app alerts. Granting it is optional and you can withdraw it at any time from your device or from the app.

Purchases made inside the app are processed by Google Play Billing, with Google as the merchant of record. Refunds for them follow Google Play’s process, and prices in the app may differ from prices on the website.

24. Phone relay

The phone relay lets you route your clients’ connections through an Android device of yours and its network. Using it means:

  • it carries only the connections of the clients of your own account; your device’s connection is never shared with, sold to or used for the traffic of other users;
  • you start and stop it yourself, for a device you choose, and it stays visible on that device while it runs;
  • you are responsible for that device, its network and data plan, and that network’s own rules;
  • the servers your clients reach through the relay see the IP address of that device;
  • it uses Wi-Fi only by default; using mobile data is a separate choice with a daily cap you control;
  • it must not be used to get around bans, IP blocks or connection limits set by a server (see section 9);
  • it is free within a fair-use cap, and we may slow or stop it on a device to protect the Service.

25. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when the Service or the law changes. We publish the new version with its date. For material changes we tell you by email or in the app at least 15 days before they apply and ask you to accept them; if you do not agree, you can cancel and close your account before then. Changes never apply retroactively to purchases already made.

26. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and any dispute is heard by the courts of your place of residence or domicile in the European Union.

Please contact us first at [email protected]: most problems can be solved that way. You can also use an alternative dispute resolution body recognised in Italy or in the EU.

27. General

If a provision of these Terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a provision straight away does not mean we give it up.

These Terms are available in English and Italian. Both versions have the same value; if they differ, the version more favourable to you as a consumer applies.

28. Contact
