Preferences
Look, language, timezone and push.
Account settings → Preferences.
Look
Play (bright and colourful, the default) or Classic (the original calm look, with Light and Dark). Your choice applies on this device and is saved to your account; on another device you are asked whether to load it. On Classic the foot of the sidebar also has a light/dark toggle.
Language
Shown when more than one language is offered. The whole interface switches. (These documentation pages are English only for now.)
Timezone
This is the one that matters functionally. A client's daily schedule runs on it: a schedule that starts at 08:00 starts at 08:00 in this timezone.
Your client schedules run in this timezone. Daylight-saving changes are handled automatically.
Use device timezone picks it up from the browser. If a scheduled client starts an hour off what you expected, this is the first thing to check.
Browser push
Push is enabled per device, so each browser you use has to be switched on separately. The control is in Mail → Where they go (see notification channels), which is also where you choose which alerts go where.
If the server has no push configured, the setting says so rather than failing quietly.
