Adding dedicated IPs

Rent one, add your own one at a time or in bulk, or sync them from Geonix.

A dedicated IP gives a client a stable connection of its own, isolated from other customers' traffic. A client without one connects through the platform's shared IPs, which cost nothing but are shared with other customers and best effort.

There are two ways to get one: rent it with coins, or bring your own.

Renting one

The Dedicated IPs section of the Clients page has a Rent a dedicated IP card. It costs a fixed number of coins for a month, and the address is ordered for you the moment you confirm, so a rental is final once it starts. It runs until the end date the provider gives that address. See how coins work.

Adding your own

Bring-your-own endpoints are dedicated IPs (SOCKS5 or HTTP). You supply them; CubeMind stores, tests and assigns them.

Clients → Dedicated IPs → Add dedicated IP:

FieldNotes
NameYour name for it.
TypeSOCKS5 or HTTP.
HostHostname or IP.
PortThe endpoint's port.
RegionOptional. Useful for picking one near the game server.
UsernameOptional, if the endpoint needs auth.
PasswordOptional. Encrypted at rest and never shown again.

Bulk import

Paste many at once. Two formats:

  • One per line, as host:port or host:port:username:password, optionally starting with socks5:// or http:// to set the type.
  • A CSV whose header includes host and port columns.

Endpoints whose host:port you already have are skipped, so re-importing a list only adds what is new. The result tells you exactly what happened: imported 24, 3 skipped, 1 with errors.

Geonix sync

If you buy endpoints from Geonix, connect your own API key and CubeMind syncs them automatically: added, updated and removed as your Geonix account changes.

Add the key under Geonix, then Sync now. The result reads synced: 12 added, 4 updated, 2 removed.

Notes:

  • The key is yours, and only you can set it. Sharing a dedicated IP never shares the key.
  • Remove key stops future syncs; endpoints already synced stay where they are.
  • The banner shows whether sync is connected, and whether a key is configured.

Deleting a dedicated IP

If clients use it, you are told first which ones, and that they will be detached. If any are up, you are also told how many are running right now and will be stopped first.

Detaching is not fatal the way a missing account is: a client with no dedicated IP simply connects through the platform's shared IPs.
