The Shared page

Both sides of sharing in one place, what you were given and what you gave.

Account → Shared in the sidebar holds both sides of sharing: invites waiting for you, what you were given, and what you gave. The search box above the lists filters both by name or email.

A shared resource is on your Crew page too

Something shared with you also shows up on the Crew page, next to your own clients, flows and dedicated IPs, marked Shared by and the owner's name. The Show filter there picks Everything (the default), Mine or Shared with me. What you can do with it there follows your level, exactly as on the Shared page.

Invites waiting for you

Invites sent to your address that you have not answered yet sit at the top, with Accept and Decline on each row. The section only appears while there is one.

Shared with you

Each row carries the kind (Client, Flow or Dedicated IP), the resource's name, who it came from, your level, and what that level lets you do.

The owner is named by their public handle, or by the part of their email address before the @. Never the full address: they gave that to us for billing and sign-in, not to you.

KindWhat the row lets you do
ClientStart and Stop, at Control or above. Open goes to its own page.
Dedicated IPTest, at Control or above. Open shows it on the Crew page.
FlowOpen flow, at every level. The editor opens; changing and saving need Edit.

The list carries no live status, so Start and Stop answer Start sent. and Stop sent. rather than reporting what the client did. Neither does any harm if the client is already in that state.

A client you start this way still runs on the owner's plan slots, not yours. If they have no free slot, the start is refused. See starting and stopping.

There is no way to hand a share back. If you no longer want something on this list, ask its owner to revoke it.

Shared by you

Everything you have given, including invites nobody has answered yet. Those carry a Pending pill. They share one list deliberately: you were charged for them when you sent them, and a list that hid them is how somebody loses track of coins.

A live share also carries View, Control and Edit buttons: pick another one to change that person's level on the spot, for free. A client cannot be moved to Edit.

The button changes with the row:

  • Revoke, on a live share: access ends immediately, and no coins come back.
  • Cancel invite, on a pending one: the link stops working and the coins come straight back.

Both ask first, and the confirmation spells out which of the two it is. See what sharing costs.

Revoking does not stop anything. A client a grantee started keeps running: you have taken away their buttons, not the client's state.

Deleting something you shared

Deleting a client, flow or dedicated IP ends every share on it, and the confirmation says how many people lose access. Those shares are not refunded. Invites for it that nobody has answered yet are cancelled, and their coins come back to you.
