Export
Export my data downloads a copy of what is held about you: your account, clients, game accounts, flows, billing records and coin ledger, recent client logs, avatar items and badges, and your AI access keys (never the key itself).
No waiting and no ticket: it downloads there and then.
Closing your account
Close my account ends access immediately and erases everything permanently after 7 days.
Access stops immediately and everything is erased for good after 7 days; inside that window support can restore it, so a stolen session cannot destroy your account outright.
That window is deliberate. Someone who steals a session cannot destroy your account outright. There is a week in which support can put it back.
What happens the moment you confirm:
- Your clients stop.
- You lose access.
- Erasure follows in 7 days: clients, game accounts, dedicated IPs, flows and your coin balance.
Flows you published to the Flow library stay available to the people who imported them.
Closing requires typing DELETE to confirm. You are signed out straight away.
Log retention
Client logs are pruned automatically after 7 days, whether or not you ask. Anything you need to keep should be downloaded from the client's console.
What is encrypted
Premium account tokens, dedicated IP passwords and any variable tagged secret are encrypted at rest. Secrets are never returned to the browser and never printed in a client's log or console. See a client's variables.
