Plans, bundles and slot packs
The three things you can buy, and which one you actually want.
Three products. Plans are on the pricing page (See plans on the Coins page); bundles and slot packs are sold on the Coins page itself.
Plans
A subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Each plan's card lists what it includes: its client slots (cloud clients), flows per client, quick commands, phone clients, and whether dedicated IPs come with it. Each slot runs one client around the clock, and running it costs nothing else.
Slots are what limits how many clients you can run at once. A coin balance never is: a client is refused only when every slot is taken, and a balance never adds a slot by itself (renting one, below, is the one way coins and slots meet).
A plan may also include a coin allowance. It refills every billing period and does not carry over to the next one.
Every new account starts on the Free plan, with what the pricing page lists for it. A Free account cannot list its own flows for sale.
Bundles
A single purchase of coins. No subscription, no slots. Bundle coins never expire and are not cleared at the end of a billing cycle.
Use one to top up between cycles. A bundle grants no slots, so it will not let you run one more client.
The Coins page's Buy coins section sells them: pick one of the packs, drag the slider, or type the exact amount you want. The price and the rate update as you go, and the larger the amount the more coins each euro buys. Packs with extras, when there are any, add gifts or an avatar set to the coins; a pack marked one-time can be bought once.
Redeem a coupon on the same tab takes a coupon code, one per account. A code can add coins, gifts, or a plan for a number of months.
Slot packs
An add-on that adds extra slots on top of a plan that already includes them. Packs stack, so you can hold several.
Two conditions the Coins page will tell you about:
- A pack needs an active plan that includes slots. On a plan without any, a pack would add nothing, and the page says so.
- Moving to a plan without slots, or cancelling your plan, cancels your slot packs too. They cannot grant slots on their own, and you will not keep being billed for them.
Next to the packs, under More client slots, you can also rent a slot with coins: one more client for a fixed number of days, paid from your balance instead of a card. It lapses at the end and can be rented again, and it is not refunded once it starts. The same list shows every pack and rented slot you currently hold.
Changing plan
Checkout takes Card, or PayPal where it is offered, picked in the checkout dialog on pricing, in the Coins page, and on the coins slider. Purchases need an adult cardholder. A plan bought in the Android app is managed in Google Play instead.
Upgrading takes effect straight away at the full price of the new plan, and a new billing period starts that day. The time left on your old plan is not refunded, on card or on PayPal.
Plans can't be downgraded. To move to a smaller plan, cancel yours and pick the new one once the current period ends.
Card subscribers cancel and manage payment details through the Stripe billing portal (Manage subscription in the Coins page). PayPal subscribers use Cancel plan in the Coins page instead (the plan stays active until the period ends) and find payment history on PayPal.
Which should I buy?
| Situation | Buy |
|---|---|
| Clients that must never be offline | a plan with enough slots for them |
| A flow purchase, or a dedicated IP for a month | a bundle |
| One more permanent client than your plan covers | a slot pack, rather than the next tier up |
